The project

The finished exterior started with the roof structure underneath.

This project was not a cosmetic patch. The roofline was opened so the damaged framing could be reached and the rafters that needed replacement could be addressed before the roof was rebuilt.

Daltonn’s Painting & Handyman Services then installed an entirely new roof, painted the whole exterior, and added new gutters. The work shown here moved from structural access and rebuilding through the finished exterior.

One complete scope

Rafters. Roof. Paint. Gutters.

The supplied photographs document different views of the property rather than a manufactured same-angle comparison. Together, they show the original exterior, the opened roofline, the framing work, and the finished roof and gutters.

The roofline opened

The problem area had to be exposed before the framing could be rebuilt.

These in-progress views document the roof edge opened above the brick exterior and the framing exposed for the rafter work.

Rafter replacement

New framing went in before the entirely new roof went on.

The close views show new lumber integrated into the opened roof areas as the damaged rafters and surrounding sections were rebuilt.

Work completed

More than roofing—and more than a coat of paint.

The project connected framing repair, an entirely new roof, whole-exterior painting, and new gutters into one coordinated transformation.

  • Opened the affected roofline to access the framing
  • Removed and replaced damaged rafters
  • Rebuilt the opened roof framing areas
  • Installed an entirely new roof
  • Painted the entire exterior
  • Installed new gutters

The finished home

A repaired structure, entirely new roof, painted exterior, and new gutters.

The completed home brings the repaired roof structure, entirely new roof, freshly painted exterior, and new gutter system together as one finished project.
