When this service helps
Full exterior painting for siding, trim, doors, fascia, soffits, garages, stucco, brick, and masonry—with wood and surface repairs planned before the finish.
Exterior painting is worth discussing when the color has faded, the surface looks chalky, caulk has opened around joints, or paint keeps failing in the same area. It can also make sense when you have repaired siding or trim and want the new work to blend with the rest of the home. The visible condition helps determine whether the project is a refresh, a larger repaint, or a repair-and-paint scope.
Exterior preparation is shaped by the surface in front of us. Washing, scraping, sanding, failed-caulk removal, re-caulking, sealing, and primer may be included according to the condition and coating system. Windows, masonry, plants, walkways, fixtures, and adjoining surfaces are part of the protection plan. Daltonn is on the job and keeps you updated. If preparation uncovers damaged trim or wood outside the agreed scope, the condition and written add-on are discussed before extra work proceeds.

Do I need to have the exterior color selected before the estimate?+
