Drywall + texture
Repair the wall so the paint is not doing all the hiding.
A fresh coat can change the color of a wall, but it cannot make a raised seam, hard-edged patch, crack, or texture mismatch disappear. Daltonn’s drywall and texture work focuses on the shape of the repair, the surrounding surface, and the finish that will go over it. The goal is to make the repaired area belong with the rest of the wall or ceiling once the light crosses it.

When this service helps
Patching, tape and bedding, skim coating, ceiling repair, orange-peel texture, and texture blending before the wall or ceiling is repainted.
This service is useful when a doorknob, plumbing repair, settling crack, old anchor, visible tape seam, or previous patch keeps drawing attention. It may also be part of a larger repaint when walls need to be evened out before a new sheen or color goes on. If the damage came from water, movement, or another source, that cause should be understood before the cosmetic repair is treated as finished.
A clean repair is built in stages. The damaged area may need trimming, backing, fastening, tape and bedding, feathering, sanding, orange-peel or other texture, primer, and paint. Daltonn keeps the repair connected to the surrounding interior finish so the patch, texture, primer, and repaint are planned in the right order. Floors, furniture, and nearby finishes are protected, and any condition beyond the written estimate is discussed before additional work moves forward.
Who you deal with: Daltonn. He looks at the job, puts the scope in writing, works the project, tells you about any changes, and walks the finished work with you. If another project comes up later, you already have someone to call.

Questions homeowners ask
Clear answers before the estimate.
Can you make a drywall patch completely invisible?+
The goal is a repair that blends naturally, but existing texture, paint age, sheen, lighting, and the size of the affected area can influence whether a larger repaint is the better choice.
Do you repair water-damaged drywall?+
Daltonn can discuss the visible repair after the source of the water has been identified and resolved. Covering active moisture is not a lasting fix.
Can you match the existing texture?+
Common residential textures can often be matched closely. Daltonn looks at the pattern, scale, surrounding area, and lighting before deciding how the repair should be blended.
